Service times are generally good however when I went during afternoon peak on Friday, there were several people queued up to place an order and equal number of people waiting for their order to be handed to them. So I would say service is a bit slow in peak. It took them 15 minutes to hand me my online order which had been showing as “now preparing” when I arrived at the store.

Every time I go there the large chips are half filled and stale. Make sure you check they’ve put in the correct quantity of chicken pieces. Burgers have little care taken. Every time it’s an underwhelming experience.

My husband got a 3 piece feed tonight. Chicken was over cooked and dry. My order was a nugget combo with a small potato and gravy added to my deal. Potato and gravy was off and when I checked the date it was expired. Not a good experience
