Ate here a few times when I stayed in Noosa as we don’t get hot and spicy chicken in VIC the chicken is always cooked perfectly. Enjoyed my meals every time. The tables in the place is always dirty and not clean. Waste is left on tables uncleaned.

I refuse to eat at the Noosaville KFC, learnt my lesson over two years ago and NOTHING has changed. A friend wanted KFC, I said, “sure, I’ll drive through; however I’m not ordering – you eat at your own risk”. She thought I was crazy until we got by the river and she opened her order. Chips completely missing from the deal, three dried up wings so hard, even the seagulls wouldn’t eat them, now that’s saying something and the chicken on her Zinger was so dry. I’m all for juniors starting their working careers HOWEVER train them customer service. This place needs shutting down and I’m actually surprised they are still operating. Make the drive down to the Maroochydore KFC, completely different….friendly customer service and fresh food.

What happened to KFC!? Firstly. Everything is now air fried instead of deep fried, because of this the chicken is dry and completely flavourless. They add NO seasoning unless you actually ask for extra. The food tastes like saltless cardboard. Absolutely terrible. Can’t even finish my food, what a waste of money.

I have never ever been able to leave with a fully correct order. Each time I have called in and said I would be sent a coupon for the items they did not give me, to be free. I have never been emailed a coupon out of the many times I have called.

I stopped and ordered a zinger box and the price on the board said $13.95 and the cash register said $14.65 I was not willing to pay more than the advertised price and they would not give it to me for they advised. I believe that to be against the law , but going by the bad reviews for this restaurant I believe I was better off getting the pie from the service station next door

Absolute rubbish our dinner consisted of 9 dry drum sticks all shrivelled up no taste and 3 breasts they were like pan cakes the chips were anaemic no seasoning, the kids in there delivering a sub standard service who have no idea of customer service or how to deliver any kind of quality in fast food. Avoid it at all costs absolute shyte.

I can no longer recommend this outlet for KFC. Today we ordered two 9 piece boxes. The chicken was dripping in oil to the point the bottom fell out if both boxes. We ended up binning the meal as it was making us feel ill with the amount of oil dripping from it. Bad form KFC
