Another local dive going down the hole for a long while now. Hopefully a lot of them down there come under new management & clean up their acts. Whenever we’ve had to go & get an order for an easy lunch or dinner – we’ve also had to adopt the ‘check the bag before you leave,’ policy as there’s always something missing. The store also always looks messy & we don’t come in or stay long its pretty gross. The foods always burnt, left on the cookers to long or stale tasting. Another one into cost cutting & stiffing the customer. Not a good impression.

Ordered online yesterday to get home and find the order short of chicken. Missing a 4 pack altogether. The other 12 pieces consisted of 5 wings 1 drumstick and the smallest keal I’ve ever seen. Chicken was dry. Chips were cold and pasty. Contacted the store was told they’d email a voucher for the missing chicken well that hasn’t come yet. Rang again today no sorry nothing will email it today. That was 3 hours ago still waiting. If I could give no stars I would.

Would give 0 stars if I could. While my partner was eating their twister they almost choked on a long strip of plastic. unfortunately google doesn’t allow videos posted where I could show myself pulling it all out! However i have posted a photo you can go check out as well. This has been enough to turn me off ever getting take out again.
