Always busy during the skiing peak season but you should be able to get a table. They always seem to miss an item in my order and have ran out of chicken once a few years back. Apart from that, the taste is always unbelievable tasty

Whoever was cooking last night (13.07.23) good job!! Chicken wasn’t oily, burgers were as requested – some without Mayo due to allergies & chips were salted properly. I think it’s the first time my family have been to any KFC and had our order 100% right.

An absolutely disgraceful KFC franchises. Walked into see every bin in the restaurant overflowing with rubbish Waited over 20 minutes in an empty restaurant for food that was disgusting and falling apart in the wrapper before even opened which the staff ( 14 year old kids) got wrong twice.

Start of ski season and obviously really busy, but the service was top notch. We were just served by a young boy called Mitch through drive thru, he was super friendly and polite and really made the whole experience just a super positive one.

We arrived to find a group of people waiting for their order. One large woman was taking orders, and no one was serving. We placed our order and waited with the others as more orders were taken. Finally, the cashier asked for assistance, and another large woman came from the rear. The women were so large that they found it difficult to walk and were therefore very slow in putting the orders together, finding it difficult to move from station to station. To make matters worse, they began joking with each other and laughing hysterically rather than doing their job. We could tell that we were not the only customers getting annoyed at their attitude.

Had to wait around 20mins for a takeaway order. The staff weren’t very nice when I asked if everything was included in the order as the box looked small. They forgot the chips and also gave us gravy instead of potato and gravy. Food wasn’t super fresh even with the long wait. Don’t think they have enough staff to give good service.

This place looked like a black ops 2 warzone map, I’ve seen cleaner places in the alleys on king’s Cross. I looked up after eating one of my wicked wings which looked like bat and thought I was in a third world country. Rubbish everywhere I looked left right up down there might have even been rubbish on the ceiling even. My chips perhaps the best part of the meal only because they were dipped in the delectable potato and gravy. Other than that the only good thing was me out the front door and leaving the poverty behind. I’m genuinely concerned about my health and well being after being exposed to such poor air quality I am about to check myself into KFC Cooma. I mean Cooma hospital as you can see it has affected my brain capacity.
