I’ve only been a few times, however each time has been entirely pleasant ! Croissants are great, as well as the long johns, as I‘m currently discovering always really friendly staff with good customer service. The girl who served me today was such a sweetheart ! I was tired after work and wanted a treat, and she made the experience super pleasant ! She had really cute, red bobbed hair and was really helpful !!! Thank you so much !!! 100/10

Make sure you get there early if you want a pie, after 1pm you’re pretty much out of luck, I have been there 3 times in a week and missed out every time….I’m done with Keppel pies !!!

Nice pies, but very hard to eat. No need for the puff pastry on top. Eat mine in the car down the beach, went everywhere had to change my shirt, and clean the car when I got home.

Wonderful place to eat. One of the best pies we had in a long time. The sausage rolls are the best i have had. Not only is the food great but service was top class. Highly recommended for lunch.
