Ask if they had onion rings and was told yes so ordered 7 instead got these inedible onion patty’s along with the tiniest piece of grilled barramundi I’ve ever seen! Stay away like the plague if you want anything other then potato cakes or flake! Was 1 star now it’s 2 because they refused the putrid “onion rings”

The food is absolutely sensational including their customer service and friendly staff. With a new menu, new chef and new burger menu on board recently I cannot complain- my food was delicious and top quality. Highly recommend!

As an Instagram competition winner, I was lucky enough to be invited to sample the new burger menu at Karingal Fish and Chip. After driving down from Brunswick on Friday night, my girlfriend & I were keen to get into what we expected would be some classic takeaway fare from this humble establishment. However, when our order was served, we were blown away by what the friendly staff placed in front of us. Served atop a giant pile of crunchy sweet potato fries, the Karingal Deluxe Burger was right up there with some of the best burgers I’ve eaten in Melbourne. The fried fish was also a standout; light and delicate inside the crispy golden batter. Even though I ate for free, I’ll definitely be returning soon as a paying customer. Thank you again Karingal Fish and Chip, you really won us over!
