Kachori Tarkari was so good! Spicy dal with great crispy fried fluffy seasoned breads. Nice spicy flavoursome dal. One of the better value offerings in this food truck park at $12. My new favourite. FYI has yoghurt so not vegan but vegetarian but it is on the side.

Alright Where do I start from. These guys are without a doubt pumping out authentic and exquisite flavours of karachi! Each dish they have to offer is literally top shelf. Whether its Nihari , kachori or the Bihari kabab you name it. Their tastes are levels above other Pakistani restaurants in Melbourne. The service and quality they deliver is more you can ask for. Ok so the food was rich with flavours and when i say rich i swear it was just toooooo good like seriously finally karachi jese degh biryani hunt came to an end and am soooo soo sooo glad we drove all the way to craigeburn. We ordered chicken biryani, anda shami burger, bihari kabab and gulab jamun and MashaAllah MashaAllah it was an enjoyable meal. That gulab jamun literally melted down and yeah it was warm n fresh .
