A huge abundance of sushi choices from spiders to wagyu, and eel to squid. The quality of food is average, while the price is higher than I would expect to pay per plate compared to other similar sushi trains in the area. There is so much food on the train, it was very easy to tell, just by looking at the train that the majority of the food on offer was not fresh. Quite disappointing since the atmosphere of the place is quite airy, especially with the open kitchen. Service is very questionable aswell, with the server making a couple of billing mistakes with the final plate count, so I would advise to always check and count yourself prior to payment.

Sushi was great tasting, fresh, and reasonably priced but the service was too slow. We ordered some plates of sushi off the menu and it took approximately half an hour to come to our table – which would be okay if the sushi train was full, but there was hardly anything on it.

Very disappointed. A place that I wouldn’t go back. Went with my dad and my little one tonight. I ordered sushi plates only tonight, but got very disappointed by the service, food and portion. The volcano rolls and seared Wagyu beef rolls were pretty much the same size as my daughter’s baby rolls. The taste was terrible too as none of them were fresh, as if they’ve been on the track for hours!

I am generally satisfied with the sushi, but there was something that struck me as very strange. The server told me that since I was sitting at the sushi bar, I was not allowed to order the set menu from the menu, and could only order udon. I found this to be extremely absurd, as there was no such rule stated on the menu, but they still wouldn’t let me order. I felt very disappointed about this. Can you explain the difference between sitting at the bar and sitting at a table for ordering food?

A little expensive compared to similar and can get cramped and confusing due to customers seated at regular tables, standing up and getting sushi from the sushi train; getting in the way of clients who are seated at the sushi train. Surely a designated area for customers who are seated at regular tables to get sushi from the revolving belt (or ordering them from a waiter) would be the way to go. I was disturbed several times by a customer who was doing that and it was quite irritating; especially as someone who was dining solo at the sushi train.

Really disappointed. The food is not same as before. Burnt Pork Katsu and looks like they haven’t changed the oil in their deep fryer for a while. Also, tuna sashimi wasn’t fresh, it was smelly. Looks like they are using frozen tuna.
