Other than the service and atmosphere, everything else was very mediocre. First of all the food takes so long, even the tea it took half an hour to come out. We were the first one there too. The water they served there were specs of black matters in there. The food took nearly 1 hour and the biriyani that came out was almost a porridge. Other food ordered were very average. Big portions though which is nice.

A whole new level of excellence , definitely one of the best south Indian restaurants in Perth , with a good variety of veg and none veg . We ordered a few dishes (lunch )as i came prepared by not having breakfast . Everything was large and definitely this is as close as it gets to south Indian vegetarian . Chutney and Samba was excellent to . Will definitely be returning .

Well decorated Indian restaurant with a dance floor and probably transform into a pub in the evening. Service was a bit slow today. We waited patiently for more than half an hour before food was served at lunch today eventhough the restaurant was empty. Food is good though some of the dishes are rather spicy.

We got takeaway and just ordered from the starters menu. Will definitely be back to try other items off the menu. Food was fresh and delicious. Took a little while, around 30-40mins, to be ready but was worth the wait and I’d factor this in next time.

Kabalason has been in business for the last 20years or so. The food is always authentic and very tasty. Service is slow so you definitely need to be patient but its definately worth the wait. Our favourite is Dhosa and goat curry.
