Great food and friendly staff! They take card, which is so convenient. We got the flake and a potato cake each. They were both so tasty! Fried perfectly and not super greasy. No sauce needed for either. The girl at the counter was very friendly and our order was ready very quickly. They also had a basket of lemons at the counter and you could take one free with each fish purchase. I picked up a sticker, too. Will definitely be going back!

We came in last weekend. Our food sat for ages above the cooker before someone finally came from out the back and served it to us. It was cold, the fish was mush and the chips had been so overcooked there was no potato left in them. Really disappointing considering previous reviews were good. The only decent thing was the onion rings.

Absolutely disgusting. Seen the average star rating and thought, fantastic. Shop was not busy, yet it took over an hour to receive our order. When getting home we quickly discovered that the food was grey, mushy and not edible. I never leave reviews, but it’s sad that this stores average rating is so high based on what appears to be an outdated rating.

I had the unfortunate experience of ordering fish and chips from Jofflyn’s, and I must say it was nothing short of disappointing. The chips were absolutely dreadful, with a nauseating taste that suggested they were fried in oil that hadn’t been changed in ages. But that wasn’t the worst part – the hygiene of the shop was appalling. It felt like a gamble even stepping foot inside, and it left me seriously concerned about the cleanliness of the food preparation area. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone after such an unpleasant encounter. Be warned ⚠️

Only our 1st visit since moving. The home-made chips were brown, soggy and tasteless. The burgers were 1inch thick. But again, tasteless. 2 burgers & chips $35. Definitely not worth spending that much.

Honestly took over 30 minuets just to plate our already cooked food. 1 h and 45 minuets late, waiting in store for 2 hours ordered 3 hours in advance. Couldn’t organise themselves out of a wet paper bag. Biggest waste of $170 for 3 family meals maccas would be better.
