Paid $60 for delivery of a garlic bread and 3 pizzas that were no bigger than my small female hand. One of them was burnt underneath yet chewy and sloppy on top. $14.50 for a pizza advertised as a small, we expected a pizza at least close to the size of domino’s.

Few months ago I decided to treat the family to couple of pizzas for dinner. Still being new to the area, we hadn’t had the chance to support our new local yet. My pizza pizza Jimboomba was a SHOCKING experience. Ordered two pizzas but the staff only heard one of them. Hadn’t noticed when I paid as wit tap payments I’m terrible with looking at the figure I’m paying for. When the order was ready, I questioned the single pizzas being given to me. Explaining I ordered two, I paid for the second pizza but asked for the other to be remade so they were both fresh. This was declined and I was given attitude about it. So I asked for them to cancel the full order and refund me. Due to the handling of the error (on their part) I will never purchase from here again.

These guys started off so well, and we often ordered from here on a Friday night. Sadly though, they have let the service slide dramatically, nowhere near the level of service they previously provided. I tried sending through some constructive criticism to highlight the areas they were lacking in. Unfortunately though, my message was read and received absolutely zero response. We will not be visiting here again, and there are plenty of pizza shops nearby, do yourself a favour and have a look elsewhere so you’re not disappointed. I have heard Big Mikes has a much better appreciation of their customers, I’d recommend trying them first
