I got a kebab with avacado added was definitely made without the avocado i came bsck just to ask for the 1$ back due to them now being closed with half the kebab i kept eating hopeing it would be there for some cranky asain lady to come out and say no no i made it its on there when it definitely wasn’t normally the food is great and i wouldn’t care but the customer service was horrible from the lady wearing sunnies the rest of the team was lovely i understand its only 1$ i didn’t care about the money just the fact they missed something i was aggressive or anything when i come back and when i was spoke to like i was i didn’t respond i just left to not cause an argument. I an so sad for how far this place has fallen

Staff get introuble for “adding to much”, food is weighed and the amounts of meat and vegetables is fastly decreasing per kebab. The lady owner is rude. Pay for “extras” and don’t get them. Didn’t get tabouli and serves are so small not recommended

Very disappointing today (June 2022). I don’t eat a lot of kebabs but every now and again… This is the only choice in Grafton. It has really gone downhill since last time. The meat was extremely dry. The large size is actually quite small. Expensive. Ordered two kebabs and they missed some ingredients that we asked for, and skimped on the rest. I won’t be back. It was embarrassing that I took a friend there.

The owners of this store use to give outstanding service that is quick and on point. However, I am editing my review 3 years on and retracting my 5 star review. The meat has become very dry and is only precut and a smaller amount of meat is put into meals than before – salads are lower quality and cut with no care – the owners seem really angry ALL of the time – not all food is available after 2pm (when trade finishes at 5pm) and you get snapped at if you ask for things they have stopped serving. It is so disappointing to see this establishment become what it is. We now drive to Coffs Harbour if we want a kebab or a snack pack and have stopped wasting our money here.
