We just paid a $142 to have to reheat our dinner that was almost delivered across the road, over an hour late, after already being told it will take 1.5hrs to be delivered. We called 3 times before it was finally delivered. We called to complain & was promised a full refund, them was called back to be told we would only receive half a refund unless they could come back and pick up the food.

The lady at the cafe was very rude and furious. She handed over the food container without a bag or anything as she was furious and then she put it in some cardboard thing and handed it to me. I do not recommend this place to anyone. Disappointed

Absolutely ridiculous service. When ordering a delivery we were told 1 hr. We ended up waiting 2 and a half hrs. We will never be ordering again. We rang twice to check on the order and they kept saying 15mins. NEVER again

Chef at Jade Chinese Cafe is very unprofessional. He don’t have any manners how to talk with food delivey drivers. Chef never cook orders on time, even if they not busy. We always have to wait long to collect our order. I have Never saw stupid person like him.
