Charged twice by their machines. Ripped off. Asked to provide my full bank details if I want a refund. I refused store credit 5 times on principle. I was told this happens regarly but management refuse to provide a refund. I often ate here for lunch. I used to go to the old store. I’m done with Jackpot for good. The management has intentionally made this impossible with zero regard for the laws protecting consumers. I left the meal and the one I paid for. I couldn’t stomach the food from these money grabbing crooks

Had the Xo Kway Teo with chicken. Food was basic but tasty. Was charged to my debit card for the meal before ticket was issued and prompted to pay again. 2 charges for one meal. I queried it and they took my details for the manager to manually refund “in a couple of days”. They took my receipt when the meal was ready. A pretty disappointing experience.

Jackpot is usually very good although for my last order there was confusion with the order number (opted for the sms receipt, it didn’t send through my order number). The main problem being that rice was warm but the chicken was cold 🙁
