Ironbark Espresso is a quaint cottage cafe in Blayney, adjoined to the Visitor Information Centre. Ironbark serves fabulous barista-made coffee, all day breakfast & brunch, house-made sweet treats and lunch. You can enjoy your food & coffee inside or on the glorious north facing wrap around verandah. Our wonderful staff look forward to welcoming you to Ironbark Monday-Friday from 5:30am-1:30pm + Saturday 7:00am-1:00pm. We are closed on Sunday’s to allow our staff quality time with their families. Please note – our wonderful barista’s clean our coffee machine from 1pm each day. Therefore coffee service finishes at 1pm. However, we do serve takeaway cold drinks & cabinet food between 1:00pm-1:30pm Monday-Friday.

Coffee was great, got the eggs benedict and it’s the best I’ve had in a long time. Eggs were poached perfectly, nice and runny as they should be, benedict sauce was clearly made in house and not out of a packet, rich and lemon-y as it should be. Spinach was fresh and crisp, sourdough was soft and clearly made/bought that day. For $22? Absolutely delicious

We had a break for breakfast while driving. We both ordered bacon and eggs and we both ended up with no bacon. The eggs were nice but we missed the bacon. We didn’t bother asking about it because by then the eggs would have gone cold if they had of cooked us some bacon.

Stopped by Ironbark to grab a coffee for the road and it was just what we needed. Coffee is smooth and not bitter, you can tell it’s of great quality.The carrot cake muffin was fresh, moist and very tasty. Will definitely return when travelling to and from Bathurst again in the future.
