Me and my friends call around 8.20pm and try to take advanced order but person who attend the call did not took the order and ask come in pub and order. We reached around 9.45 coz we were traveling long way. After we reached to the pub chefs were almost done closing. Then we ask to Zee can we still take orders, she said yes but she was not happy, actually rude. We apologise many times that we are late she didn’t reply a word. Unfortunately not with us but she was really rude to someone else in pub. Food was 3 out of 5 but zee was really rude and annoying. As a customer we deserve smile service I guess. Other bar staff was nice he offered us water. Thanks to chef who stayed until late.

Nice atmosphere and the meals were a decent size. Great value for money. I visited the Iron Horse on a weekday and the food came out fairly quickly considering the amount of people here. The staff were also nice and friendly. Keep up the great work!

Great place to eat. Sadly as a celiac I cannot eat the schnitzels but they make them on site and they look and smell amazing. The wife raved about hers for a god 20 minutes so must have been good.

First time for having dinner here, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the place has a relaxed atmosphere. Had the spinach and ricotta ravioli and it was delicious.

Went there yesterday for lunch . Arrived at 12.30 . Ordered straight away never got our meal until 1.25. They either forgot to send our order to kitchen or not organised. Other patrons came in after us and got their meal within 10/15 minutes. They were not busy . The chicken Snitzel crust was hard and unchewable . Not good enough to expect patrons to wait for their meal for that long especially when they were not busy. Very disappointing.

Be here a few times before and food was always good. This time the food was terrible. Both of us left 1/2 a meal each it just wasn’t enjoyable. Hopefully it improves and this was a one off
