First time coming here as they were celebrating their birthday and offering 50% off all seafood. Restaurant was super busy during our dinner and overall I thought the food was quite delicious. For dishes, we ordered the lobster as our main + salted fish fried rice + pipis + salt and pepper squid (photos all below).

Authentic Chinese restaurant right across from Bonnyrigg Plaza so plenty of parking! The food and service was excellent. Our favourites were the Peking Duck and Pipi’s in XO sauce with crispy noodles. The robot server was entertaining at first but after a few rounds the tune it was playing at full blast was a little annoying. We will return though!

Just wanted to let people know about Iron Chef restaurant in Bonnyrigg. They are currently running a 50% for yum cha promotion. Went there for lunch today. They did not honour the deal as advertised.

Food is okay, nothing special. Definitely overpriced for what it is. We went during a 50% promotion and it was still very pricey. Will definitely stick to Cabramatta. Place is disorganised.

First time I went here for Yum Cha during the week and it was amazing. I found the food was fresh and not oily like other places. The The Manager was so friendly and helped us with questions about the menu. The staff were friendly and helpful especially opening the door given my mum was in a wheelchair.

compared to other yum cha joints, ‘iron chef’ in bonnyrigg wouldn’t be my top pick. the restaurant itself is quite lovely and clean however, the food here was average and the servers weren’t very friendly at all.

First of all at the reception the lady doesn’t speak English very well and people lining up to check their booking for 15-25 min waiting. At the table no one comes to take your order and very difficult to explain as very minimal English speaking waitress. Waited 45 minutes for someone to take our orders. It’s just the name Iron Chef the service is not per standard. Drinks served with no glass even for alcohol just served in bottle and glass only given when requested. Never going to go or recommend to go and dine in.

Pretty good food with friendly staff. Good for events as it is spacious and plenty of tables. Parking is pretty easy as well since the plaza is just across. There’s also a robot machine thing here too!
