On Saturday night 08/07/23 at about 7.40pm, a group of us ordered 4 takeaway dishes with some portions of Garlic Roti. We collected our meals, paid and left. Approximately 20 minutes later, we received a call from the restaurant asking if we had received a little more in our order. I had already served our meals and began eating so it was a little difficult to understand exactly what was going on. As it turns out, the restaurant had mistakenly added one extra serve of Roti. The lady wanted me to return the extra and when I told her that was ridiculous, she wanted my address to send someone over. I refused and told her it was inappropriate to call me over a $4.50 item and demanding that I disrupt my meal at my cost to rectify the situation. This restaurant called another 3 times stating they had camera footage showing me leaving the restaurant with the extra food. This is clear intimidation. The manager then text me again. My wife called him back and whilst on speaker, he began demanding that we “do the right thing”. This is very bad customer service. Here is some advice to the manager, “You cannot harass clients when it isn’t their fault. You cannot demand that they return $4.50 worth of food that your waitress checked and mistakenly added. Are you all totally stupid?” Please avoid this restaurant, you may end up on camera being threatened and harassed for their incompetence. What a sad bunch of people. Absolutely no business brains.

first time at this restaurant(WEDDING RECEPTION)and everything was perfect.Fantastic service, gorgeous food, perfect wine selection to match all the food they made for the Party .Service was amazing and they really look after us. One of the best part of my party is the floor staff was looking after my guests by providing best services if they needed. The night was a wonderful experience with them. Also , they have a contract which is very transparent and makes us clear how everything will be organised.I had a bad experience with one of the venue who make a contract and when we finished the party they ask us to pay extra for few things. However, they are very honest with their business and always inform me about things which gonna be extra charges for me.Their enthusiastic service really make my night a night to remember for life.
