Absolutely loved this place!! I’ve never had hot pot before and this was my first experience and yummmm loved everything. Loved the variety of choices, loved the service, loved how interactive the experience was, the price is decent but you can order a few things without going over board and still be able to enjoy the food. Had so much fun it was amazing. Would come back here again <3

Staff wasn’t very welcoming and they weren’t even willing to explain the menu to us, the reason we needed to ask was because the menu was in a different language with no description. After complaining to staff about this we were asked by a staff member if our menu was a trap or a lie. We had 2 staff members talk to us as we complained only tell us that the item we ordered was beef and chicken failing to mention that we ate cow stomach. Which was less than pleasant.

Really good tasting food and fast polite service. Fun experience had by my son and I. Definitely worth going to.

Easily the worst meal I have ever had. I’ve never spat out food into a tissue while eating out until now.. I’ve also never gagged and thrown up in my own mouth while eating out until now. Honestly everything tasted and smelled off. I don’t know if we were just unlucky, as everyone else seemed to be enjoying themselves. Staff were nice and the restaurant is cool. But I wouldn’t not recommend nor will I ever go back.

Interesting experience, really enjoyed the food. As first experience would have liked an explanation on the process. The app was difficult to navigate. No wheel chair parking.

The soup was average and the service was the worst that I ever had. Even if we tell them that it was our first time there they did not explain how it works or even that it was a island with the sauces an extra garnishes. Very expensive for the soup base and the extras. They charge extra for pay by card even if you pay $80 +

This is definitely a hot pot restaurant with pure taste and good service! He can represent China’s hot pot culture and feels worth a try. But I am afraid of eating spicy guys, pay attention to the pot, recommend four flavors of hot pot!

Loved the place, staffs were very polite and easy. The hotpot itself was delicious and the free condiments were just a cherry on top. First time to this place but definitely not the last.

Started with a few garnishes and sauces are empty. Took ages for the pot of soup to come out. No waiter come to top up soup and when asked them to take all the empties plates they simply said “just leave it as it is”. Then we ran out of facial tissue and asked them for a new box and waited ten minutes still nothing. Instead my wife went over the pile of facial tissue box and help herself which was just adjacent to our table. The last dish did not come out so my wife have asked them three times. So on the fourth time, my wife told them to cancel the last dish as we are pretty much finish and the soup is pretty much dried out. One of the waiter decided to serve us the last dish stating that it is a complimentary no charge. My wife told them that we do not need the last dish even though is complimentary as we already finish and leaving soonish. When we pay the bill, they told us to read the lcd screen to make sure everything is charge correctly , and I specifically told my wife to check carefully because of the last dish that meant to be cancel. It did not show on the LCD screen so we paid for the bill. Luckily when they asked us if we want the receipt and we said “yes”. The receipt actually shown we have paid for the last dish. We will never going back there.
