Il Toscano means “The Tuscan”, and is a perfect representation of everything I am, and all that I love about my home land in Italy. I have over 20 years’ experience in hospitality, both in Italy and Australia. Plus, I’ve had the pleasure of accommodating hundreds of Australian guests on my boutique Italian tours with my travel company Tuscany Untouched. So I’ve combined this with my strong passion and commitment to my culture, to bring you something truly special and unique.

Beautiful food and beautiful atmosphere. The staff were very friendly and hospitable. Being a small restaurant they don’t have the tables for you stay longer than you are eating so you do get the feeling of being hurried along after you finish eating. Overall great experience.

The fresh pasta is delicious! Silky, smooth and made to perfection! The boscaiola was beautiful but the pesto was a bit much, it just needs something little to break it up. The staff are not the friendliest but the food was really nice so still recommend trying it.

Always an amazing meal. We’ve eaten in and gotten takeaway from Il Toscana many times and the quality and flavours are always perfect. Although nothing beats dining in and the exceptional service and warm atmosphere of Il Toscano. The pasta is always fresh and full of flavour, the arancini balls are delicious and the staff are fantastic at knowing just the right wine to pair with your meal.
