Overall, food was overpriced but below average. We ordered a few dishes and the sushi chef presented us a salmon dish with the thinnest amount of salmon. I let her know and she said salmon was expensive. I replied saying the dish was $6 and I’m practically paying for avocado and rice. She then proceeded to tell me if I wanted salmon to grab it off another nigiri dish lol.

I ordered a curry chicken with rice at noon. It was too expensive. It cost nearly 23 dollars, and the amount of food was very small, so small that the lunch box was only two-thirds full, and only a spoon was given to me. It was too difficult to eat chicken chops with a spoon that I would not come again.

Below average sushi quality but way above average price. Neta (topping) was way too thin, and Shari was too sticky, almost felt like a rice ball. Some of Makis were too dry and left without cover.

came here to dine on a Thursday evening as we felt like sushi train and the food was pretty good and fresh. sushi and sashimi products are understandably priced on the higher end, however the location being all the way up in penrith don’t really justify the convenience as we were making our way up, when we could have just gone down locally to mt druitt / parramatta and would still pay the same price. service was good.

the sushi was delicious and a reasonable price. the restaurant was easy to get to. I was looking for a meal out and unfortunately all Westfield restaurants were out of action due to a fire from earlier shutting off ventilation indefinitely and Ichiban was a great substitute, would definitely come here again.

Had 4 plates of sushi totalling $22.4. Not the cheapest around Sydney and unfortunately one of them had overcooked rice. Service was adequate though.

Beautiful fresh sushi, and beautiful lovely people who always make me feel welcome. I recommend checking out the menu and trying special rolls (maki) like the spider crab, salmon & cream cheese, creamy prawn and the different salmon ‘ships’.

If there is zero star , I would give zero or even negative. We ordered a prawn tempura udon which cost $17. I wouldn’t expect a fancy tempura udon, but it really disappointed me. Firstly, there was only one prawn tempura which made me shock already( whole dish only one prawn tempura, one tempura only) . Secondly the tempura was soaked into the soup and the soaking prawn tempura looks really disgusting. Then I just had an enquiry about prawn tempura. The response from the owner of course was really unfriendly and she raised her voice to answer us. I tried to stop the conversation but the owner kept saying never got single customer complain them. It was horrible experience.
