So friendly and inviting. The staff are immaculate and attentive. The menu is varied and accommodating to many palettes. The food is beautifully presented, tastes great and is plenty filling. The Hunky Dory brand presence and hospitality standard is strong here.

As this place has only just open, there are greeters standing around with wide-eyed eagerness, so service was good but you get the feeling of being watched. The food looks exactly how you’d expect but I didn’t feel greasy afterwards like you usually would. I am pleased there is now competition for the other fish and chip place in the area, and a greater variety of food at Ozone.

We were hoping this was far better than what it was. The service was great. The food left a lot to be desired. The batter was too thick for the fish. It was more of a pancake batter and was chewy. A good fish batter should be light and crispy. I hope these guys lift their game sooner rather than later.
