Burger had no flavour. The chips were fresh (could of had more seasoning) and tasted good. Got a bacon deluxe and am certain the bacon was not cooked… which is what ruined the flavour. Had to do everything ourselves using the self-serve. I don’t even think they noticed we were there… leading to no atmosphere.

Thank you to the manager Carla and the hungry Jacks team for helping my daughter who has autism. we’re so use to going to other fast food restaurants and they forget the toy in the kids meal. My daughter who has autism breaks down and has her moments all the time and as a mother Im used to having to distract her and make her forget about the toy missing. Carla/Karla don’t know how to spell her name, but is the MANAGER. Helped me and kindly fulfilled my daughters dreams with the HJ toy collection. The self-serve machines let you get all the way through customising an order, to then tell you something is unavailable but not what, so you remove everything and try again, ultimately found out they mark an item unavailable when the default sauce is out of stock. If the machine had just had it as unavailable before ordering or highlighted what needed swapping (alt sauce) I wouldn’t have wasted so much time, I should have just gone direct to the counter, where the staff were great.

Well I quickly went through the drive-thru just to get 12 nuggets and two chips for the kids to share, Very sad when we got home only one medium chips was full the other had probably 5 to 6 chips in it, I checked the bag just in case some had spilled out,and no this was not the case… Guys it’s not that hard to make sure the chips are full this is just poor service..

Overpriced, almost 30 dollars for 2 burgers alone, not in a meal deal. long wait times. Lack of customer service skills. Average burger at best. All HJ locations have had a steady decline in quality. I thought this might be the last hope, it wasn’t.

This is now the second time I’ve been unable to receive the food I’ve ordered from here through the app. The first time they were completely closed hours before their closing time and today they were cleaning the coffee machine so couldn’t provide the coffee I ordered or refund me! But they did replace it with an iced chocolate…. that’s not going to help me stay awake. I’ve given 2 stars because the food is ok, if you can get it.
