Always an issue with the order. Never seem to get it right. Whether it’s not including all the fries, getting the burger wrong, or the wrong iced coffee. To top it off, it rarely tastes fresh yet you have to wait so long for your order to be made. The manager needs to be replaced, or head office needs to get that place sorted. KFC next door would be your better option.

I bought a fried chicken burger for the first time. It was quite tasty but I was disappointed with the chicken because of how thin it was. The chicken is nowhere near as thick or large as advertised. The ACCC needs to start investigating and fining fast food outlets for false advertising.

this place is bad, i came here many times when opening up was not pleasant, they had heaps young kids working very hard but these mangers seemed bad. Was a indian bloke name Adnan he should have wore a hat he had dandruf all over his hair and never seem to have a smile and grumpy, other time went their thursday night for my kids a big women named Lauren just corner on her phone and talking loudly about disturbing stuff while nobody would take my order had to many bad experiences never going back dont send your kids their to work

I recently visited the Taylor Hills location of Hungry Jacks and had an issue with my coffee redemption. However, the staff went above and beyond to make sure I received my coffee. Although they were unable to figure out what happened, they offered me a free coffee as a gesture of good will. I appreciate the excellent customer service and am grateful for their efforts. I am also a regular at this location and appreciate the rewards they offer to their loyal customers.
