Wish I could give 0 stars… customer service attendant Courtney in drive through window was very rude yelling at me before I snapped back, I won’t be back to hungry jacks orange again! The lady in drive through last week was lovely, wish management would read these reviews and take them serious because they are loosing customers!

Minimal staff on at lunch time whom I felt sorry for as they were rushed off their feet. Our order ended up being taken outside to a car then brought back into shop by lady from car and then given to us – with fresh chips!!. I am sure this is a breach of food handling rules.

Went in for breakfast like others should have read reviews. No one else there should have warned us off. Was messy certainly not spruced clean weren’t offed a “meal” deal so cost more. Toilets were disgusting. Sat outside as the smell inside was not pleasant. Not a patch on Bathurst that’s for sure.

Should have read the reviews before ordering. Rude , incompetent juvenile staff that said it was my fault my order was wrong. Girl with the brown hair had minimal social skills , definitely should not be trusted to deal with paying customers.

Pathetic and worst. Staff don’t have social skills. They should hire a cleaner. The place was too dirty and dusty. Leftover food was on tables and dust was on the paper towel dispenser. No one is smiling at the place. Don’t go there. Waste of time and money.

Average experience for average food, nothing to be over impressed about. It always a pleasure to wait for over FIVE plus minutes for your food order, to receive it cold. Another experience I had was discovering pieces of clear plastic in my food and providing feedback only seemed to result in requests to provide more information and photos. (That I didn’t think to take at the time and I wasn’t seeking compensation.) All in all my feedback to the business should be taken seriously and staff to be more professional in thier work. I currently don’t recommend this business to anyone due my my negative experience.
