Approached the drive thru having made an online order to collect. No response for ages even though only car present. Asked to wait for order in bay. Received order and by the time we’d got home – 3 mins away – it was cold! Came in early afternoon to think I was going to get a half decent meal but I received my burger squished and made with no care and cold chewy fries. I went straight to the counter and complained the manger at the time was polite but the attitude of the burger maker was ridiculous and highly unprofessional. I don’t personally know the bloke so I don’t appreciate the disrespect. If you work in the food industry you should have a lot more respect for the food/person you’re making it for. Or don’t bother working in hospitality!

No one but me in the queue inside so not busy at all and can’t even take a simple order. Ordered a Memphis whopper without pickles, came NO BACON, NO BBQ SAUCE AND EXTRA, YES EXTRA PICKLES.
