This is the worst hungry jacks store we have ever been to, every time we come here the young girls are really rude and we get old food that’s been sitting there for hours that we then have to walk in and ask for it to be made fresh. Tonight once again my partner had to walk back in and replace onion rings because they were crusty and the girl at the counter said that she did tell the girls packing our order to put fresh food in but they still gave us old gross food even after being told not to. The time before this the girl at the window chucked our food at us so we called the manager and all he said was he would have a talk with the girls who work there. This place needs better staff it’s disgusting the people that work there.

The staff often seem stressed yet the food is always of incredible quality. This isn’t typical of hungry jacks restaurants, and I congratulate them on maintaining a high standard of food. It is one of the few restaurants in Nerang that I can trust to produce a decent feed at any time. ♥

EVERY SINGLE TIME….WITHOUT FAIL….we go for a family night out to the movies and stop and get hungry jacks, (where the burgers are better ), go through the drive through, park up, go to eat, and wouldn’t you know it, something’s missing, is old and stale, and the drinks are flat! Oh and the service! I know teenagers can be moody, but Jesus Christ, the girls there apart from maybe two, have disgusting attitudes. Managers have been spoken too and nothing changes, food has been replaced with rolled eyes! Never again are we going to hungry jacks Nerang. If I could give zero stars I would!

The rebel burger was by far the worst burger I have been served. The staff kindly cooked a rebel patty from fresh but the same dodgy ends of tomato were placed back on instead of making the burger from scratch.

Beautiful staff & great service ❤️ I’d left my bag there and they found it, they then contacted me and saved me from a whole lot of grief. Grateful! .. but would also like to say we had good food there.

They don’t even cook their bacon. The last 4 times I’ve been to this store, I’ve ordered Bacon Deluxes and every time the bacon is raw. I’m pretty sure that’s a health issue. Does management even read these reviews??
