Great location, plenty of parking space available, drive through, dine in and delivery options, friendly service, tasty burgers. As a vegetarian, I always goes to Hungry Jacks for my meal, the veggie burger is one of my favourite. They also have vegan options available. There is a kids play area in this location.

Terrible customer service. Have been here a couple of times now and they just seem to struggle. Don’t bother with drive thru if you are wanting fast food because it is anything but. Ordered 2 small and 1 large meal, the lack of chips in the packaging was beyond a joke. The packets were half empty. It’s as though they have someone in the back peeling and cutting potatoes and they are counting every chip. Avoid this place if you don’t want to be disappointed!

PLEASE regulate the amount of sauce you put on your burgers. It’s always far too much and the other night it was completely drenched, soaking through the wrapper. Obviously you can see while making the burger that you have totally ruined it. I didn’t enjoy my slop burger, couldn’t finish it and it has put me off returning to your store. Do better!

It’s really frustrating when I order a vegan whopper cheese burger and they always make me wait in the waiting bay after already waiting for so long in the drive throu. It’s not that I order on the spot, I order my order online and I go to pick it up through drive throu after 20-30 minutes and still not ready and I have to wait in the waiting bay for another 20 minutes. What’s the point of me ordering online?

Drive through only. Atleast 2-3 times a month. Whopper burger with cheese usually. Good size and good tasting burger. Food’s always decent. Packed neatly, unlike Maccers. Service at speaker is good, at window smile-less everytime single time. But I have to say, burgers are better at Hungry Jack’s…at least at Kingswood.

I went to drive through and ordered 2 brekky wrap meal for 24 dollars and told me to wait for the waiting bay for half an hour. I followed up my order and they didn’t even make the order until I asked them for it. When I received the food, it did not even taste good. Unfriendly staff and poor service.

I went there to try the….as the sign says…Jack’s barista made coffee. I was more than disappointed. Very insiped coffee. I couldnt taste the coffee so dont know about the coffee bean. But I did try it. Otherwise it was a nice clean place with very polite staff.

Pathetic. Almost 20 minutes in drive thru to tell me they didn’t get my order and they now can’t cook the meals I originally wanted and had ordered. The biggest slap in the face was I ordered vegetarian meals for friends and they tried giving me blt’s instead.
