Slow. Went through drive through. After almost 15 mins, and paying arrive at food service window. Get asked to park! I asked how much longer it would be. Could not answer me. Could not even ask the guy who directed them to park me. Left without my meal because I only had 3 mins of my lunch break left. $16 for a coke. Fast Food….Not here.

Customer service is a dying breed. It’s a shame that the quality of food is progressively worse ( since opening way back when .. ) The Customer service is passable, The Atmosphere is Roulette. But we all know this. It’s the price of this ” food ” that does my head in. It is what it is. I have a random coffee from there when there are no other options. Sorry to be negative but that’s my honest opinion.

My wife and I tried their new crunchy boneless chicken. A little disappointed as it wasn’t really crunchy and looked nothing like the advertisement. Having said that it was very tasty and still very juicy. The service was excellent. The atmosphere is non existent nowadays. Everyone wants to drive through, or take away and a lot of lazy people just Uber eats. No one seems to go out to eat much anymore.

Waited 15 minutes to get my food only to be told they had no record of the order. I asked the manager to go and ask the employee who took my order what happened and was told it wasn’t worth the effort. Horrible, arrogant, incompetent staff, Below average food. Never again.

Ordered 2 vegan meals, ask for simple altercations (no pickles) the lady serving was rude and blunt. They didn’t alter our food at all and when serving to us the lady just stared at us until we grabbed the food. Burgers were poorly made.
