Absolutely terrible! Ordered while in town, had to hand drinks back and ask to fill as they were half empty. Got the meal and ordered an angry whopper. Don’t even know what they served? Had no angry onions, they put a few pieces of sliced onion and pickle, which it’s not even meant to come with. Don’t eat there!

The “older” woman serving us was very dry and rude, she couldn’t even crack a smile. We asked for a senior’s free coffee and she said no, we had to ask for it when we ordered our meal! How ridiculous and inflexible. McDonald’s next time!

My partner and I tried the new Memphis fried chicken burgers on his lunch break. We realised when we got home that who ever was working in the burger room that day marked them correctly as a Memphis burger (had the ‘M’ on the wrapper) but the burger we actually got was a plain fried chicken burger. Someone needs to double check what they are marking/wrapping before they pump out the wrong burgers.

I think some of their workers need to be re-educated on how to treat people when serving, was just recently served by a chic in drive thru (with my daughter) on Thursday evening 01/06/2023 at around 5:15 pm and she was so arrogant nasty and rude just because you don’t like someone does not give you the right to be rude to them when you are serving them! And then you have the nerve to go to school the next day and in ear shot of my daughter you say “she came through drive thru last night and I wanted to throw the drinks at her”! Absolutely ridiculous bloody grow up!!!!
