Dine in, burger was cold, frozen bubblegum burstie turned into frozen coke and no burstie. My mother free senior coffee ended up costing her full price. Her coffee came 20 minutes before the food. Mum ordered at 1:09pm got her full order at 1:40pm. And her burger was cold

Got the cowboy in a double for dinner tonight was pretty disappointing. no bacon on the burger and only one shrivelled-up onion ring and had a little bit of mustard and tomato sauce on it. Out of the 3 large meals only one chips was filled up.

Say they close at a certain time online, but truthfully they will shut 15-30 minutes early if they choose and refuse service in the drive through if they’ve done so. Normally do good, but as a frequent customer, thats pathetic.

Hash browns were cold, turkish egg bacon n cheese were ok but slapped together. under staffed, slow service. Coffee was good. Manager questioned cook if ever done an open as clearly he was slow and making mistakes.

They constantly forget burgers / chips in people orders, every time I go there something is missing and having to go back in to get it. And recently received a coke with raspberry bursties in it, when I ordered a normal coke and had to throw the hole drink away.

I ordered a meal that came with a soft drink and a second meal with no drink. I ordered a shake for the second meal. After walking out I realised I had not received the soft drink I went back in and explained it was missing. I couldn’t make it clear to the kid behind the counter that I should get the soft drink. I had already paid for the shake, but I had to pay also for the sift drink. Annoying.
