Food was as ordered and okay, but this store was disgusting. The only seating was along the front window (5 or 6 seats). The seats are ripped, there was rubbish everywhere and the place really felt dirty. Even the one bin was overflowing. Upstairs and downstairs were closed for renovations, which I didn’t notice on the way in, otherwise I would have eaten elsewhere. Can’t you hire someone to clean and double as security? Lift your game. I should have taken photos.

Terrible service today. Ordering at computer. Not happening. Staff member yells out no beef burgers. Oh. Great. Why would I want a beef burger at Hungry Jack’s . Obviously had 2 choices- go elsewhere or order something different. Chose option 2. After 10 minutes in the place heard lots of people saying no beef burgers. NO ONE INDICATED ANYTHING ALONG LINES OF APOLOGY.

Tonight at 10:30, I went to your place to buy chicken burgers. I took my first bite. Your chicken was fried until it was hard. It tasted bitter after eating. It was too long and unpalatable. If it was your employees, they would not eat it. I know you’re busy, but make it delicious too.
