Ordered on your online app waited 2 hrs so called to see were order is , was told order was cooked an hour ago and was sitting waiting for delivery driver another hour passed I call back to asked for refund food had now sat another hour then had a call from manager/ owner to apologise still no food or refund . Manager assured me they would cook fresh food and deliver to me another hour had passed and still no food or refund . At 9pm food finally arrived and was reheated such poor service and food had been sitting for 3 hours and you still sent it out so I tossed it in the bin. Businesses should be held accountable for their actions . Don’t take advantage of good paying customers especially customers who are loyal. Will never buy food from you again and will still be in for a refund so discussed in you service

We ordered 2 soups and 2 fried noodles. Our family favourite food is noodles. All food are too salty no one can eat. We just throw in the bin. Sorry to write this feedback. Hopefully, you can improve for the future for all customers.

Customer service was polite and professional. Recently ordered the Mongolian beef, some satay skewers and pork buns. All three where delicious. The satay skewers were surprisingly spicy too (which was nice.) will definitely order again. Thanks!
