the chicken was raw and we didn’t notice till later. told the staff (small man with glasses) but he rudely said we have to buy a new one and he can’t offer refunds. grossssssss

Pretty standard experience. It’s more a takeaway place so I guess you can’t expect something fantastic. The lady at the front was quite efficient at her job but there was no real sense of service- I guess she was just there to get the job done. She wasn’t super friendly or welcoming or anything, just took the order and that was it. It was good that she clarified how spicy we wanted it?

It’s the worst experience I have ever had. When the no1 original chicken was ready, the big size man did not serve the chicken in time. After 5 minutes, when I got the chicken it was soggy. When I requested the fresh one. He said it will take 5 more minutes. I said I could wait. After few seconds he said “I only can either take the soggy chicken or get refund”. I said I just want the fresh chicken. He rudely rejected me. I hope the owner will notice this and treat this seriously. It’s not the first time that I had this bad experience. Now, I decided to speak out and no tolerance to this rudeness. I wonder why this big man is always showing the impatient and unfriendly face to the customers.

Simple and tasty! The crispy chicken in the photo is next to the can for scale, it’s pretty big. Subtle seasoning is used on the chicken for a really tasty piece of meat!

Just looking at your staff working, there was no recognition to customers waiting at the register, and just talking about something. The person who Served just said Hi then no thanks after paid. Somehow I am invisible to those 2 staffs. Although I standed in front of the counter for 10 minutes. So i went to Boba Chicken instead and finished ordering in 30 seconds.
