I never understood what people said when they describe fish as flakey. I now know!! HOOKED have nailed it!! Every single bite of the fish cooked perfectly and the batter was just as good. There was a clear separation between the two which was a bit messy to eat but that made it even better!! That’s when you know you won’t get any uncooked batter to just fries pure goodness. Tartare was good. I think it has garlic too which made it even better!!

I normally have a rule. I don’t buy fish from shops as I prefer my own. Well that’s all changed now. I’m more than happy to go and order some red emepor and chips from Hooked fish and chips. It tastes as good as your own.
