Up there with the best Laksas in the CBD. Massive bowl, and I like the options to put in the soup. I got Dumplings / chicken and it was delicious.

Probably the best Hainan chicken in Sydney. The price is sooo cheap at $12. Rice is fragrant. The whole chicken maryland is sooo juicy and tender. Veggies inbetween is a must-try. Soup is side only but also very tasty. The sauces are very on point as well. Price is sooo cheap that I have to order soft drink to justify the quality. This can easily be $18 in a different food court where it does not even come close to the deliciousness. I tried Hainan chicken in the Gallery foodcourt – $18-20 and not even good. On the other hand, the wait is ridiculously long. It usually takes them 25 mins to give me the dish. But it’s worth the wait for me personally.

Bang for buck, hidden away on Pitt street you’ll find this awesome little food court, and I recommend stopping by this place, noodle soup was great, added a few wontons.

Cheap and cheerful. Lady who takes orders is quite a character. The man serving out the soups is also really friendly. $8.50 for steam chicken and $10 for chicken chow mein. Quality is what you’d expect but quantity is huge. Recommended if you want something cheap and quick with a large serving size.

Ordered bbq pork take away here and it was a disappointing meal. The pork was dry and not much sauce for it. It’s mostly all rice with a layer of meat on top.

The people behind the counter are very friendly and always happy. $10 for a lunch plate and you get 3 choices of mains with rice or noodles. Sweet and Sour Pork and Honey Chicken are tasty. You also get a chicken and sweetcorn soup. It is very filling and great value for money. At 2pm they have happy hour price, $5 – brilliant.

Superb prices and delicious food! Hidden gem in the middle of the CBD if you want some authentic food that won’t break the piggy. I tell my coworkers to come here all the time! Get takeaway and enjoy at the nearby Hyde park if you don’t want to eat in the food court.
