The food was amazing and came to the table fast. All staff were lovely and the waiter who took our order was new, but let us know before we begin ordering and did a great job. They even had a Polaroid camera were they were taking photos of the families for them to keep.

Worst experience in a restaurant in a long time. Despite booking two days ahead of time we were sat between the front window and a bar so my husband and I couldn’t even look at each other, weren’t offered water or tea and no explanation of the ordering process. Had to get some kids attention to order and he could not have wanted to serve us less. Took the order and then walked off. 5 minutes later the manager threw the docket of our order on our table and asked us to check it but immediately walked off and food then started arriving so glad it wasn’t wrong.

Walked in and told to sit anywhere. We found a table which was very sticky and sat down and waited and waited and waited. After watching the couple, who came in after us, order and receive food while we still waited, we decided to follow the lead of another party who came in after us and decided to leave. As we were leaving we were told by the lady serving, everybody else, that the food was delicious. Would love to have been given the opportunity to find out. Worst experience ever. Will not try again.

Had a great night out with friends. Ordered 7-8 dishes I have never had before: honey chicken, Chinese pancakes and more! Quickest service ever too! Had my food before my drinks! Highly recommended!

We loved this place. We went for Yum Cha and ordered three menu items then ended up ordering more because we were so impressed. The lady serving us was so friendly. The whole atmosphere was a good vibe and made me feel like I’d return next time I’m at Westfield Tuggerah. Much nicer than eating in the food court.

Only place in the area to do Peking duck pancakes, they sure do it justice, reminds me of Shanghai. Well worth the price! Everything else off the menu was excellent too!
