We always get takeaway food from here. We love it. The quality is great. They are also very flexible in terms of taking our own containers instead of using plastic containers which is great. Helping the environment.

We ordered take away food and it was delicious and very rich in flavour. The naan was nice and fluffy. Definitely a lot better than many other indian restaurants I’ve tried. I’ve found the food more spicy than from other restaurants, but that was good too. The delivery was very quick and the portions were generous. Very recommended!

We were four very hungry girls that arrived only 20 minutes before closing time. However, they were so sweet to take orders from us anyway! Furthermore, the food was amazing! We would have given 6 out of 5 stars, if that was a possibility!

It has all changed, we have been going to place for a long time. Now the taste is not the same, and what happened to the condiment we used get with all the starters? Surely its not all about the money is it??? The Chicken 65 was very disappointing what happened to the curry leaves which are supposed to be in it, and on top of all that we got charged for taking our food home. Come on Mr Kapoor I remember going to your first Restaurant in West Wallsend, and loved it. But now???

Disappointed with the portion sizes of our online delivery order. We ordered 5 mains and 4 of them were in small half size containers. Poor value for the cost paid. Furthermore, the Mango Chicken dish had only 3 small pieces of chicken, it was 95% liquid sauce. The server obviously made a mistake when filling the Mango Chicken container- however when you receive a $176 delivery order you should take care not to make such mistakes or you will lose future high value repeat orders. The food quality was good and delivery was on time. The starters and various Naan were also good.

Very good service, the best, the guy is very prompt and considerate in getting us what we need. We ordered Manchurian and cholle bhature and it was delicious and authentic. We are a big foodie, from Sydney, having tried infinite number of restaurants in Australia and this one stands out. Hats off to everyone at Taj, highly recommended. If you are looking for genuine Indian food, look no further.
