The Thai food at Hi Thai is halal and delicious! The staff are friendly and welcoming, the service is great. I’ve tried a lot of the dishes from the stir fries, curries, fried rices, noodles, laksa, soups, fish and salads. All dishes have been amazing!

I was pleasantly surprised with Hi Thai on level 4 for a number of reasons. The 3 dishes we ordered (yellow curry with veg, seafood salad & salt and pepper squid) were all great. The staff are friendly and the service is very quick. We only waited about 10 minutes. Also the total cost for 3 dishes plus tea was only around $50. Will be back.

Had dinner here, and the dining experience was great. The food was tasty and hot. Service was quick and the staff were friendly and helpful. The place filled up pretty quick, so it could be difficult to get seating when it’s the peak. But it’s a place you should check out.

I can’t believe that’s the Pad Thai they gave us. It had next to no sauce and next to no flavour. It was just boiled noodles with veggies. As soon as I opened the box I was like this must be a wrong order. I took one bite and rest went to the bin. This is the second time we are disappointed with Hi Thai so had to leave a review this time.

The chefs at this restaurant are amazing because this is the best thai food I’ve ever had. The chilli fried rice is so flavoursome and spicy, and the cashew nut noodles are delicious. Every time I have gone the food comes out within 5 minutes. I haven’t tried a lot on the menu, but what I have tried has been 10/10.

I ordered stir-fried chicken meals, but unfortunately, the sauce tasted off and the vegetables seemed to be past their prime. The chicken was cold to the touch, which suggests that it was reheated from old food. The overall presentation of the food was unappetizing, as it appeared to be made from scraps of meals left at tables and then microwaved for the next customer. I would not recommend this restaurant based on my experience

Had dinner here a week ago or so. Service is extremely slow. There’s no BYO (no issues with paying corkage) and yet the range of wines was very limited. The food was ordinary – 1 out of 3 dishes were nice. The “cherry on the top” was the bill. It was shockingly high compared to other similar and/or better/well known places.
