I usually really like this place but it’s just about to change owners / business and just to get a toasted panini in a cafe that has only me and another table of customers at 2 pm in the afternoon (I ordered at 1.45 pm) (shouldn’t take too long in reality), surely they’ve burnt the living daylights out of my sandwich by now. I went up to the counter to ask about the status of my lunch and the girl said “it’s coming out now”. 5 minute later she returns with my lunch and refunds me the $9.50 I paid. Pretty hopeless service. Not a good look for a cafe that is usually one of my favourite places to go in Hamilton for lunch.

Very nice modern menu. Good service. Would prefer not to queue up to order. Waitress brings food so, could also take the orders. Otherwise, nice place for lunch.

Food was tasty. Service however, they seemed a bit blah. Bit of a line up and had to keep asking for things like cutlery, napkins, a coffee they forgot, and to take plates away.

We were disappointed with the service offered here. Visited 3 times during our stay in Hamilton and each time unfortunately we got the same surly girl that served us. We were there 45mins before breakfast stopped being served but was rudely told they decided to stop early and there wasn’t really much food left for lunch anyway. Wouldn’t visit again.
