The food at Hemani never fails to disappoint. Usually have take away but lately have been dining in and can say that both experiences equate to a delicious meal. Friendly staff, great service and amazing food. Prices have increased but the quality is worth it.

Food is ridiculously overpriced, small portions and bland. Curries and rice dishes taste like coconut cream and plain white rice. I’m actually intrigued how they pull off something so lackluster. They have increased the price of all items on their menu (more than understandable with inflation etc). But each meal has increased by over $7. And for the portion you’re getting? It hardly justifies the $25+ price tag for every main now when it’s just a few morcels of meat and some sauce in what would be considered a small container when taking away.

Great food and readonable prices, we used to order take out all the time when we borrowed DVDs next door, but when the Blockbuster shut down, we stopped going except on special occadions. It’s worth the visit.

Tonight’s visit (March 2022) was very disappointing. Under the prior management, our previous visits have been enjoyable, delicious, and always left us wanting more!! Tonight there was signage indicating new management, and WOW you could tell.
