Take away meals were poor quality. The burgers were squished down and buns themselves was very greasy. Burger construction was like it was slapped together and we had to pull apart to realign as it was over hanging the bun. The chips were cold and the container/cup was filled with a lot of crumbs like from the bottom of fryer. Food took over 30 min to be made and the store was empty. $70 was spent on this order and under-satisfaction is an understatement. I would expect this quality from McDonalds not here. Disappointed!

We love Hello Harry. The food is great and with plenty of bargain discount vouchers out there it’s extremely affordable. It’s hidden down a little alley off of Ruthven St. There’s heaps of parking during the week in the middle of the road and at 6pm it’s really quiet, so no wait and fast service. If you’re looking for a great burger give them a go.

Avoid: poor value, flavour and service. Ordered Fried chicken burger, which was just a piece of chicken in a bun really, had next to no slaw, pickles or jalapenos, I asked for a top up of slaw, but the girl who helped me said the owner/chef wouldn’t let her take more, which was basically a tablespoon.

Love the burgers and sweet potato chips. We visited this restaurant on a Friday night and it had an awesome atmosphere. Food was brought out quickly and tasted great. Friendly customer service also.

Burger number 1 had raw bits in it, so i took it back. Lady was lovely about it. Got me another. Still pink in the middle. $10 for the most disgusting, bland, boring raw burger attempt. Maccas would have been better! Which says a lot!!! We left feeling crook and hungry. You can see how much i ate before i gave up. Absolutly terrible!!!! And one slice of gherkin…. thank you for the generous serve…

Had the USA burger and a side of mozzarella sticks. Both were so delicious and cooked perfectly. Definitely recommend to anyone who loves burgers.
