Amazing dinner at Hellenis. The eggplant chips & cauliflower salad were to die for. We really enjoyed our meal and would come again.

Food is great, but we felt so hurried! I understand that there was a time limit on an early seating, but we were going to be done in time. It made it to be a not a very enjoyable experience. I had to constantly fend wait staff off from taking away plates that still had food again. Such a shame, because the food is very good.

Disappointing evening. Were “kicked out” because of closing – not asked but rudely told to leave. We were told closing was early “because it’s the suburbs”. One diner had to take his drink with him to finish on the way out. Outrageous charge for corkage- applied to everyone in party – even diners who hadn’t drunk wine. Owner (I assume) was rude and abrupt. One member of our party did not receive meal until 30 minutes after everyone else and only after he had to ask for it. Definitely would not recommend.

We go back a lot to this restaurant. Whether it be just the two if us, small family meals or large functions they have all been successful. Friendly staff, and great management.

I had the spanakopita… It was okay, pastry was nice but lacked some flavour in the filling. There probably wasn’t enough filling. Eggplant trips were good, needed salt. Nice atmosphere. We will try other Greek places before returning here.
