We celebrated my partner’s birthday and our 5th anniversary here. We live locally and we heard good things about the restaurant . The staff were excellent. They acknowledged our special occasion, we received complimentary champagne and desserts on the house. The food was standard but the service and atmosphere were amazing. The piano player was good too. We definitely will need to come back. I recommend anyone to try this restaurant.

We just had a short one night stay here celebrating our anniversary, the team at the harvest restaurant looked after us and ensured we had a wonderful time, apparently we were the lucky ones fortunate to try out the head chef’s fresh new menu, as my hubby is a professional chef as well, super fussy and picky when it comes to food, and he couldn’t fault anything, the wagyu rump and sousvide lamb were perfectly executed, the meat was so tender and juicy, the lemon tart was just divine! Thank you team for the lovely dinner experience!

Restaurant is comfy, service very friendly. But the food comes out very slowly, and the taste of everything was just average. It’s convenient to eat at when staying at the hotel and if you’re a ihg member you get 10%discount.

I don’t know why Harvest has so many good reviews. Friendly service, sure, but so expensive for what you get. The gnocchi main was exactly 4 pieces – only 4 – of flavourless mashed sweet potato squashed into a ball in either a basic tomato or cream sauce. You are forced to spend at least $45/head and 2 out of the 4 mains we ended up with were really only entree size. Extremely uninteresting food all round. There are not too many vegetarian restaurants in Sydney, so it’s a shame this one is now off the list.

Let’s start with starters. So disappointing scallops tasted muddy and were overcooked. One was size like a quarter. So 3 quarter over cooked scallop for starter. Duck was almost good but undercooked a bit. The sourdigh oh man. What is wrong could be the best but again under baked.

Spring menu was delicious, comfortable atmosphere, lovely staff. May need to book as it seems to get a bit busy on Saturdays. Food wasn’t the quickest – still a lovely place to have dinner, especially if you’re staying at the hotel.
