We are a small Cafe offering fresh, house made meals and snacks. We are fully licensed and dogs are welcome on a leash in our Courtyard. We are open 7 days a week. ( In Winter we will close Tuesday’s from the 16th of May until the 13th September ). Please contact us for bookings. [email protected] Please note:in peak times Coffee is takeaway only so that we can accommodate those wanting to each lunch. There is also $10 fee per car to exit the reserve. This has nothing to do with us. We operate the Cafe only. This is charged by Macedon Ranges Shire Council.

Nice cafe right under The Hanging Rock. Good food, great staff. Entrance could be confusing. It is from the gift shop. Would love to see a few more vegan options in the menu but they did have some so we were happy. Plenty of seating inside and outside. Was so peaceful!

Came here over the weekend and the service was exceptional — especially from the Chef Matt. He came out to make sure everything was alright, and we made sure to tell him his cauliflower soup was definitely one of the best soups I’ve had in my life. The staff were unfriendly and appeared cranky. Especially the manager. They took their time serving people and there were only about 12 people in the cafe (inside and out). So not busy at all. Other patrons had complained they had a similar experience when they ordered and received their food. We could hear them complaining about customers (in the kitchen) as we sat outside. Very unprofessional. The food was nice but over priced for what you got. The burgers aren’t served with salad just plain but they were fresh and cooked nicely. The coffee was delicious and the atmosphere was serine and beautiful.

Super slowly service, I experiences here for just two coffees… More than 15 minutes, other people ordered after me and got them orders before me… Me and my partner was thinking to try the food after the walk, but after this disappointment we went to Woodend town. However, the coffee it wasn’t bad and I like it. It’s the only one option, so no choice!
