Normally enjoy the Guzman Gomez chain of restaurants. The food is healthy & fresh.This one was busy & sadly lacking any customer service. We ordered jalapenos with our meals & sadly received no more than a couple each. We tried to find out what happened to the self serve condiments they used to have, but they didn’t seem to have any comprehension of what we were talking about!!

I don’t usually leave reviews but I love this chain. I’ve tried in Sydney, Melbourne and Gold coast and love the consistency. Burrito (chicken and also slow cooked beef) are my favorite! Fresh flavors and tasty. Highly recommend.

Ordered a shredded mushroom nacho fries, we received no shredded mushroom. Also ordered chicken nacho fries, received no chicken. It was freezing cold as if it had just been taken out of the fridge. The chips were somehow soggy and stale. Absolutely not worth $40.

The food is mediocre, the service lousy. The girl taking orders is nice and that’s it for the pluses. The big disadvantage is the taste of the dishes, no vegetables, sauce as if it was left at the end of the spoon. In general, it is practically difficult to talk about Mexican cuisine, which is colorful and aromatic.

Paid 16$ For what they promise would be a BOWL full of food, the order is so small i mean is ridiculous…ordered takeaway had to cook at home the order was so small you can even check the borders of the packaging design not even 1/4 filled disappointing wont recommend going there… they are all underage kids they are super nice but with no experience…i wouldn’t be surprised if they get shut down i heard someone found a rock on their nachos, be careful with rotten food also. Imagine getting home without food and having to cook again ♂️
