Great quick service at the time I went at lunch Sunday few people there but they flew through the orders. Good quality for what you get. And still hot when it gets to you. Chips and nachos were a good quantity for most but I always like more with a good slice of quality. Surprise the food court at this time was turning over quickly but still lots of people.

I was served by a lovely person who was patient with me as I’d never been here before and answered all my questions as best they could, but they were probably the only nice thing about this store, all the other workers and servers in the store were passive aggressive and definitely looked like they didn’t want to be there and was rude when I forgot my number because it didn’t print. The serving sizes are not worth the price, mini servings should not be $10.40 for what it is. The food was decent but this franchise is honestly overpriced.

I do always love GyG’s. The northlakes location is fantastic if you go specifically during peak hours, as everything is fresh and they are well staffed, when going during the slower times, the quality in both the service and the food drops a bit. Its strange as the quality of both those things should be much higher at the slow times as the staff can and should be more attentative and on the ball when they are less stressed. This GyG is a bit skimpy on the rice in the bowls as well unfortunately, but are normally on the ball with the queso portioning. Still, will definitely return regardless

The level of care for delivery orders is getting worse. Ordered a burrito bowl again thinking surely it can’t be as bad as last time.. wrong… this one was worse… the container was pretty much half full. Think I will give up and order Chinese next time. At least their containers are packed full and better value for money.

All the staff did was mess around and talk and gossip, it took 30 minutes for a quessadila and churros. They are incompetent and rude as well, they all look like they are miserable and don’t want to be there. Food was cold and still overcooked. When we finally got our food there was no apology. 2 staff in the back aren’t cooking we can see the screen is full of orders and they are standing to the side talking, a male and a female. They are unprofessional and I am never coming back again.

The quality should be consistent in all franchises, the pulled beef was full of fat, the sauce for a dollar no longer has content, the burritos are not properly rolled and lacks ingredients, perhaps because it is Sunday and the employees are very young without experience and without proper training.
