ordered chips, was not given a receipt at checkout and had to wait an extra fifteen minutes while i assumed they were cooking my order. at 20 minute mark asked server when my order would be coming, she responded that they could not find my order or receipt and would need an extra 2 minutes to prepare my order. at this point i was worried i had exceeded my parking limit so was very anxious to get to the car. 2 minutes turned into 5 and i ended up leaving before they gave me my order. terrible service, very poor time management skills.

Our family has had GYG weekly for many years and have mostly had a favourable experience. We sometimes swing past the Canberra Centre GYG on the way back to Sydney from the snow, and somehow these guys manage to screw up our dinner every. single. time.

Have been going to this GYG for ages 🙂 Gotta be one of the best go-tos for a quick lunch. Can get pretty busy at meal times, but it’s easy to chuck in an order online with the app – just make sure to ask a staff member at the front when you come to pick it up.
