If you like small portions for what you paid for this is the place to come get ripped off. It’s happened many times before but today is ridiculous. I ordered a spicy chicken bowl with guacamole, there’s a small spoon full of guacamole and the bowl is mostly black beans and white rice. Can’t be bothered taking it back, I’ve had this at this store too many times and that’s the last time I buy from here.

This is the worst Guzman outlet. They can never hear your order, frequently mess it it up, long waits and unfriendly staff. Most recently I ordered two mini burritos, one of them just had guacamole and rice on it and no filling. See the difference in the photo. Other Guzman outlets are pretty good but this one is average at best.

I’m not usually one to leave bad reviews but in this case I need to. This GYG is the worst one I’ve ever encountered. I live 2 minutes away from it so it is a shame. The staff never get my order right. Tonight they gave me the complete wrong order and lucky I checked at the window. They gave my order back to me and it looked okay but my burrito had the wrong meat and no guac which I paid extra for. Such a shame that the staff aren’t trained properly or just are lazy. Worst place ever

Honestly the worst fast food joint I’ve ever been to. There were more than 10 staff members on, and yet there was still a line to order while there were multiple staff members leaning on the bench on their phones, touching each others faces, talking while drinking a coffee, and all of them were ignoring the customers. There was even a kid eating chips from the frier. It was just uncomfortable to watch and dine in.

Ordered a Cali Burrito and drink, got the drink straight away but had to wait a little bit for the burrito which was okay. After an employee found out I was waiting a little bit, she came out with a freshly made burrito and a card for free medium chips. Will definitely come back as I always do

Absolutely terrible the worst Mexican and Guzman y Gomez I’ve been to. Takes ages to get a burrito out that is cold and has nearly no chicken in it. The drinks are warm from the fridge. Chips aren’t too bad when they’re served hot. Just avoid this place.
