They have reduced the quality a lot! I used to eat here a lot but from last few times, we do not have good experience. You get burnt churros, sometimes they forget guacamole and do not bother to inform you, forget to bake nachos properly and give you raw ones.

I love Mexican food so this is so unfortunate that EVERY SINGLE time without fail I come in and order they either get my order entirely incorrect or its freezing cold. I’ve notified staff every time this has happened and thankfully they replaced it, but should get it right the first time. On one particular occasion they got my order wrong so I took it back and they got it wrong AGAIN. So I had to go back in for a 3rd time. I cannot handle this subpar customer service so I will now be forced to drive to Mad Mex at Rouse Hill for Mexican food.

If your looking for somewhere good to eat I highly recommend gyg bligh park, especially when Jeremy is there, he always makes sure the quality is tip top and his service is amazing. He is the reason I eat here so often. He definitely deserves employer of the year.

order took 30 minutes and orders way behind us were getting through quicker, we asked the server on counter and he was so rude and obnoxious, he was the guy with the beard, hat backwards wearing a polo shirt, and was very unhygienically sweaty, working in hospitality personally, his customer service is terrible, not friendly at all. He also said that he can’t get to our order after 15 minutes because he had other orders to tend to but didn’t even try to see where our order was. Poor service from that guy.

Went there this morning because Zambrero wasn’t open yet. Been to this Guzman half a dozen times, they usually don’t listen and screw up the order about 50% of the time (most Guzmans are the same anyway). This is why I started going to Zambrero then I discovered that Zambrero give you more food for about 80% of the price.

Food was fine, the poor review comes from the fact that I was overcharged for a burrito and a water, which came to $20. Was not told the total when paying only to realise $20 came out of my account when it should have been around $15. Watch out and ask for the total before you pay if you go here
